What you will do

• Interact with Product Manager to review project specs, prepare integration plans, breakdowns, and estimations
• Implement code hands-on, handle PRs, code reviews, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with CTO, product team, web developers, SRE, and data scientists
• Contribute to roadmap definition, experiment with new ideas, and find optimal technical solutions

Requirements

• Perfectly fluent in English with strong communication and collaborative skills
• 5+ years as back-end or full-stack software engineer in tech scale-ups or fast-paced environments
• Experience on large-scale products used by thousands of monthly users
• Ownership, doer mindset balancing craftsmanship and velocity
• User-centricity and comfort building NSFW products based on uncensored models

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in data science, generative AI (NLP, ML, MLOps)
• Working with globally distributed teams
