• Identify potential risks early in the development lifecycle and drive practical, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to balance delivery timelines with high quality standards.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in software testing and quality assurance leadership.
• Proven ability to build or significantly improve QA processes and testing frameworks.
• Solid understanding of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
