What you will do
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, EX surveys, and action plans.
- Contribute to culture-building, internal events, and communications fostering belonging in international teams.
- Coordinate Academy, learning programs, training budgets, and development opportunities.
- Assist with performance management cycles, OKRs, and career development tools.
- Participate in employer branding, compensation & benefits administration, and market analysis.
- Maintain HR data accuracy, leverage systems for reporting, and identify automation opportunities.
- Engage in P&C projects like process automation, smart working, ESG, and handbook updates.
Requirements
- Business-level English required as company language.
- 2–3 years in HR generalist, operations, or People & Culture role.
- Experience in international/multi-country environment strongly preferred.
- Understanding of employee lifecycle practices.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms, data, and HR reporting.
- Strong communication, organization, proactive mindset; Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business, Psychology or related.
