What you will do

• Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Execute HR transactions and create compliance documentation according to regional laws.
• Administer HR Shared Services related to recruitment, records management, and organizational changes.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including background checks and documentation.
• Utilize ticketing and case management systems to document inquiries and monitor service effectiveness.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HRSS operations and employee experience.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, HR, or Economics.
• 1-2 years of experience in the HR field.
• English: Very good written and spoken proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in Sofia for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Ability to interact collaboratively and find mutually agreeable outcomes.
