What you will do

• Develop and own the editorial calendar and recurring content formats across LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Extract insights from the Founder through biweekly sessions to create a steady pipeline of content briefs.
• Write and ghostwrite 4-5 LinkedIn posts per week and scripts for 1-2 YouTube videos in the Founder's voice.
• Manage a creative team of videographers, graphic designers, and editors to ensure premium output quality.
• Analyze engagement data and pipeline attribution to iterate on winning content formats.

Requirements

• Proven experience building audiences around founder-led brands specifically for LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create high-engagement hooks and clear narratives from complex data.
• Deep platform fluency regarding algorithms and engagement patterns on LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Comfortability working with testing data, conversion metrics, and statistical concepts.
• Must be based in Serbia (Belgrade).

Nice to have

• Experience creating content for technical or data-driven B2B/SaaS audiences.
• Knowledge of A/B testing or Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles.
• A track record of growing a LinkedIn profile, YouTube channel, or newsletter.
• Awareness of video production structures, thumbnails, and cold opens.
