What you will do

• Lead, motivate, and unblock a full stack Python/React pod to deliver high-value software.
• Steer the team technically and culturally through code reviews and delegation of responsibilities.
• Translate complex business problem sets into actionable requirements for engineers.
• Identify and prioritize critical problems to ensure the team focuses on high-impact tasks.
• Mentor teammates and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous growth.

Requirements

• Approximately 8+ years of experience building and shipping production software systems.
• Proven technical leadership experience.
• Strong proficiency in backend technologies (Python/FastAPI preferred) and frontend technologies (React).
• Previous experience working within the logistics industry.
• Deep understanding of the entire engineering stack, from databases and servers to UI.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with designers and managers in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with React Native, GraphQL, DevOps, or CI/CD.
• Knowledge of ML/LLMs.
