What you will do

• Lead client onboarding by configuring system functionality to meet specific technical and business expectations.
• Act as a functional subject matter expert (SME) during discovery meetings to define business needs and product configurations.
• Manage data mapping and field-level verifications in collaboration with technical teams.
• Perform first-occurrence testing, including transaction monitoring and reject validation, to ensure system stability.
• Conduct root cause analysis to resolve complex processing, funding, and authorization issues.
• Provide client education and training to facilitate a smooth transition to long-term support teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience in business, information systems, or finance.
• Experience in system integration, implementations, and conversions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage priorities in a matrix-managed environment.
• Proven ability to lead negotiations and maintain project scope to achieve consensus.
