What you will do

• Manage MDR Support Team operations, daily workflows, and workload distribution across shifts.
• Supervise, coach, and develop Support Analysts and Senior analysts.
• Ensure service requests and incidents are resolved within defined SLA requirements.
• Serve as the final escalation authority for high-impact customer issues and non-emergency calls.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to optimize workflows and improve processes.
• Contribute to the refinement of runbooks, playbooks, and operational documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SOC, MDR, or customer support.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role managing support teams.
• Strong proficiency with SOC operations, tools, and MDR environments.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and escalation management skills.
• Location: Must be based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Philippines.

Nice to have

• Senior-level certification such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
