What you will do

• Create high-quality 3D assets according to concepts, references, and art direction expectations (e.g., props, buildings).
• Collaborate with Art Leads, designers, and programmers on object specifications and deliveries.
• Optimize models, consolidate textures, and manage assets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in game development.
• Skilled in industry-standard software including Unreal Engine, Unity, 3ds Max, Maya, Photoshop, Substance Painter, and ZBrush.
• Keen eye for detail, natural creative flair, strong understanding of composition and color theory.
• Strong self-learning ability to master and apply new technologies, software, and engines.
• Ability to communicate efficiently, handle feedback positively, estimate and plan tasks to meet deadlines.
