What you will do

• Design and build scalable, distributed applications using independent services and microservices architecture.
• Integrate ML models and AI services into production backend systems, including APIs and inference services.
• Collaborate with AI/ML specialists to translate complex models into reliable, scalable backend solutions.
• Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver high-profile software projects.
• Develop and deploy solutions on cloud platforms, with a strong preference for Azure.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments to ensure system reliability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of development experience with backend technologies.
• Significant expertise in C# and .NET.
• Hands-on experience contributing to AI/ML-enabled products in production.
• Proven experience in team leadership and engineering management.
• Must be a resident of Europe.
• English: Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken forms.

Nice to have

• Experience in client-facing roles managing software engineering project delivery.
• Experience architecting solutions on modern backend platforms.
• Proficiency with relational databases such as Postgres, SQL Server, or MySQL.
