What you will do

• Develop and implement digital communication strategies to engage and inform target external audiences and employees.
• Collaborate with business leaders and the Strategic Communications and Marketing team to provide expert digital advice and tactical delivery.
• Create compelling content for earned and owned digital channels to foster a culture of engagement, inclusion, and collaboration.
• Design and manage measurement and reporting mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of digital communication activities.
• Establish employee feedback mechanisms to continuously refine internal communication strategies.
• Support the development of an annual communications plan aligned with company strategy, priorities, and values.

Requirements

• Australian citizenship or ability to meet citizen eligibility requirements for Defence Industry security.
• Ability to obtain or hold an Australian Defence Security Clearance to baseline level.
• Proven experience in developing and executing digital communication strategies and campaigns.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with senior business leaders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
