What you will do

• Converse with AI models in English and French on educational scenarios and theoretical questions.
• Verify pedagogical soundness and factual accuracy of model responses.
• Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes to harden model reasoning.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Develop high-quality training data for lesson planning, differentiated instruction, and student engagement.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Fluency in French and experience with French-speaking education systems.
• Experience in classroom teaching or curriculum development.
• Familiarity with both traditional and digital learning environments.
• Ability to provide clear, metacognitive communication (showing your work).
• Must be based in Canada.
