What you will do
- Lead and manage multiple digital projects from scoping to delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals and business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading status meetings and stakeholder communications.
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables across initiatives of varying complexity.
- Own budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting at both the project and portfolio levels.
- Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Mentor and support emerging talent within the delivery team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing small to large-scale projects with budgets typically under $1MM.
- Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing, including media and technology components.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Tenrox, Jira, and Confluence.
- Ability to manage projects with technical components, including apps, platforms, and automation.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Must be based in San Jose, Costa Rica, and able to work hybridly from the office.
