What you will do

• Lead and manage multiple digital projects from scoping to delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals and business objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading status meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables across initiatives of varying complexity.
• Own budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting at both the project and portfolio levels.
• Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Mentor and support emerging talent within the delivery team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing small to large-scale projects with budgets typically under $1MM.
• Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing, including media and technology components.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Tenrox, Jira, and Confluence.
• Ability to manage projects with technical components, including apps, platforms, and automation.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Must be based in San Jose, Costa Rica, and able to work hybridly from the office.
