What you will do

• Implement complex solution designs leveraging AWS-optimized architectures at enterprise scale.
• Develop and configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions.
• Lead a development team by distributing tasks and performing code reviews.
• Provide technical advisory support during business process reviews to identify customer requirements.
• Create detailed technical documentation and deliver end-user training.

Requirements

• Proficiency in hands-on programming with Python, Node.js, Java, C#, or .NET.
• Experience building REST APIs and integrations across multiple systems.
• Expertise with AWS Cloudformation and Lambda integrations.
• Experience implementing CI/CD or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Must be based in Colombia

Nice to have

• Experience with WFM, CRM, and contact center platforms like Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, or Twilio.
• Knowledge of WebRTC, SIP, Lex integration, and contact center routing.
• AWS certifications (Cloud Practitioner, Developer, or Solution Architect).
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator or Platform Developer I).
