What you will do

• Lead the identification and analysis of non-conformities to develop effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to implement actions within 30, 60, or 90-day timeframes.
• Ensure rigorous documentation of all actions taken following internal systems and policies.
• Monitor KPIs and internal timelines to ensure performance targets and deadlines are consistently met.
• Maintain and update CAP procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support desktop services, including pre-assessment calls and self-assessment questionnaires.

Requirements

• Degree in Law, HR, Occupational Health and Safety, or Environment.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social compliance auditing.
• Excellent verbal and written English and Spanish proficiency.
• Ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment with high professional integrity and ethics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
• Location: Must be based in Puebla, Mexico.
