TL;DR

What you will do

  • Manage and evolve the EKS-based Kubernetes platform and Helm-based deployment pipelines.
  • Own and maintain GitOps workflows using ArgoCD, including troubleshooting sync and rollout issues.
  • Design, build, and maintain observability solutions using Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, and Grafana.
  • Write and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform modules and CI/CD automation.
  • Take full ownership of AWS infrastructure components, including networking, compute, IAM, and storage.
  • Collaborate with developers and SREs to support reliable, scalable, and secure AWS infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering roles.
  • Deep expertise in Kubernetes and Helm, including production-grade deployments.
  • Strong proficiency in Terraform or equivalent IaC tooling.
  • Solid working knowledge of AWS core services (EC2, IAM, S3, VPC, CloudWatch, EKS).
  • Practical experience with Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, and alerting stack design.
  • Experience with AI assistant tools, MCPs, and Agents.

Nice to have

  • Experience with cloud cost optimization strategies and tooling.
  • Background in cloud-native security practices (RBAC, policy enforcement, SSL, MTLS).
  • Prior involvement in designing or operating high-availability, fault-tolerant systems.
  • Experience with nginx and IIS web servers.
