What you will do

• Lead projects from the art side, directing assigned artists and creative direction for large-scale photo productions.
• Implement AI-driven tools for conceptualization, background generation, and asset optimization in production workflows.
• Create materials from concept to final product, manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and adjust schedules.
• Review graphic materials for validity and appropriateness, perform quality control, and identify process improvements.
• Be a role model for the team, fostering a healthy and positive environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of industry experience in photo production and advertising visuals, leading creative teams in studios.
• Proven track record in professional photo production for advertising campaigns with people-focused scenes.
• Expertise in directing human subjects in realistic, relatable, cinematic lifestyle or narrative contexts.
• High-end retouching oversight for polished, premium looks without over-photoshopping.
• Strong aesthetic skills, ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, attention to visual details, meet deadlines.
• Advanced level of English.
