What you will do

• Maintain transparent tracking and reporting for traffic tests, including launch logs with sources, volumes, results, and decisions.
• Attract and onboard new webmasters, manage communication, and build long-term relationships.
• Support existing partners, identify revenue growth opportunities, and work with marketing analytics for data-driven decisions.
• Actively participate in conferences and meetings.

Requirements

• Over 2 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing / iGaming.
• Understanding of key traffic analytics metrics and ability to assess traffic quality (Anti-fraud & Retention), including player behavior, RD, DAU/MAU, and conversion rates.
• Strong understanding of payment models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid in poker; knowledge of healthy CPA across geos.
• Data-driven approach, knowledge of traffic sources in iGaming (poker), experience with creatives, funnels, Telegram, influencers, streamers.
• Proficiency with tracking tools, technical expertise in postbacks, S2S integrations (independent setup).
• Understanding of poker traffic specifics and poker ecosystem (traditional rooms vs. club-based apps).
