What you will do

  • Identify prospects through market analysis, proactive outreach, and organize meetings to showcase expertise.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships to drive new business and ensure satisfaction.
  • Attract, recruit, and mentor talented consultants to support team growth and project success.
  • Oversee business unit well-being, analyze financial performance, and implement optimization strategies.
  • Lead daily operations and foster a positive working environment.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related fields.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter mindset, ambitious, structured, and collaborative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
  • Experience in demanding settings focused on excellence and continuous learning.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Sales.
