What you will do

• Lead identification and definition of AI-driven opportunities aligned with FSS business strategy
• Translate business challenges into AI solutions, use cases, and transformation roadmaps
• Advise on AI adoption strategies, governance, operating models, and value realization
• Analyze trends, competitive landscape, and technologies to provide strategic recommendations
• Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, leading engagements and workshops
• Ensure delivery of measurable outcomes in operations, customer experience, and growth

Requirements

• 8–10 years in consulting with digital transformation, data, or AI exposure
• Strong AI knowledge (machine learning, generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics) and FSS expertise
• Data strategy experience including governance, quality, and ethical AI
• Project management, stakeholder coordination, and client-facing skills
• Foundational data/AI tools (Python, SQL, ML frameworks)
• Analytical mindset for trend interpretation and problem-structuring
