What you will do

• Contribute to OpenCTI codebase with ownership of new features and improvements.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve bugs and incidents during on-call rotation.
• Participate in technical brainstorming, task refinement, and pull request reviews.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and address technical debt.
• Lead technical workgroups and contribute to documentation.

Requirements

• 7+ years as Software Engineer with experience in complex production systems.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, Elasticsearch, Redis, RabbitMQ.
• Comfortable in remote async-first environment with strong written communication.
• Autonomous ownership from design to delivery with proactive reporting.
• Collaborative mindset for mentoring and challenging solutions.

• Experience with open-source projects.
• Exposure to cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or large-scale data platforms.
