What you will do

• Prepare study materials, follow up on site documentation, and schedule training sessions during start-up.
• Create test runs, review incoming data, monitor discrepancies, and manage site communications.
• Generate reports for sites and sponsors, investigate edit checks, and report system issues.
• Coordinate IQC data processing, phantom rotations, machine equivalence, and maintain tracking databases.
• Plan site start-up activities, enter data in internal systems, and participate in project meetings.
• Review project tracking, resolve queries, identify trends, and assist with client issue resolution.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Associate/Bachelor’s degree in bioscience, computer science, IT or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with PC-based systems, standard software (Word, Excel, databases), networks, and file management.
• Understanding of clinical trials and good clinical practices preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, adaptable to changing priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong documentation skills, effective communication.
• Professional attitude and SOP compliance.
