FP&A Manager

What you will do

• Orchestrate budgeting and rolling forecasts, including functional budget challenges and consolidation.
• Develop three-year business plans and analyze long-term trends.
• Participate in the monthly financial reporting process.
• Report financial and non-financial KPIs according to Group deadlines.
• Manage internal communications and interactions with group HQ.
• Submit planning and reporting data into local and group ERP systems and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Strong skills in financial modeling and analysis.
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS, specifically Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
• Ability to review and analyze complex projections under tight deadlines.
• Critical thinking and ability to validate incoming information.
• Strong English skills for communication in a multicultural environment.
• CFA, ACCA certification or currently in the process of obtaining one.
