What you will do

  • Take full ownership of product performance within the business unit to directly contribute to profit growth.
  • Manage paid traffic acquisition with a focus on Google Ads (Search, App) and Apple Search Ads, potentially expanding into Paid Social.
  • Make data-driven decisions to scale, optimize, or stop campaigns based on unit economics and performance.
  • Build and prioritize hypotheses across channels, funnels, onboarding, paywalls, and pricing.
  • Align UA, product, monetization, and analytics teams to achieve shared KPIs.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting on key growth metrics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in User Acquisition or Growth for mobile apps.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience leading UA or growth teams.
  • Mandatory experience with iOS products and subscription-based models.
  • Proven background in product companies rather than purely agency or affiliate environments.
  • Track record of scaling products in Tier-1 and worldwide (WW) markets.
  • English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher.
