Salary: Minimum EUR 2,879 gross per month (market-oriented, significantly higher)

What you will do

• Develop, design, and deliver executive presentations for leadership, board, and stakeholders, translating complex topics into compelling narratives.
• Analyze DACH and international media markets, providing trend insights and strategic positioning for digital transformation.
• Manage strategic projects, align meetings, and ensure consistency in executive communications across units.
• Serve as sparring partner to Global Heads, preparing briefs and supporting 1:1s and decision-making.
• Maintain and enhance presentation templates and visual systems as quality gate.

Requirements

• 7+ years in strategy, consulting, media, corporate development, or executive communications with C-level exposure
• Fluent German and English at high professional level
• Advanced expertise in executive presentation design, storytelling, and data visualization
• Strong understanding of DACH media landscape and international trends
• Analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and high discretion
• Travel 0-10%
