What you will do

• Support the company's expansion into the Canadian market and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
• Act as a thought partner to clients, identifying high-value opportunities to scale their use of the platform.
• Manage the full client lifecycle, from running early-stage pilots to guiding full-firm adoption.
• Serve as the voice of the user to inform product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction.
• Deliver product demos and training to law firms and corporate legal departments.
• Develop scalable playbooks and document best practices for global functional growth.

Requirements

• Background in law with experience at a top-tier firm or within an in-house legal team.
• Strong interest in generative AI, technology implementation, and productivity tools.
• Ability to translate technical concepts between lawyers and engineers.
