Location: Remote from Philippines, Bulgaria, Moldova, Kenya, Argentina, or Vietnam

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Design and develop scalable backend services and REST APIs.
  • Implement microservices or distributed systems in production environments.
  • Collaborate with global corporations on industry-shaping projects.
  • Define application architecture and apply design patterns to ensure system reliability.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Team Lead or Manager role.
  • Proficiency in .NET Core / .NET 6+ or newer.
  • Strong experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Deep understanding of OOP principles and application architecture.
  • Must be based in Philippines, Bulgaria, Moldova, Kenya, Argentina, or Vietnam.

Nice to have

  • Experience with message queues or event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Service Bus).
  • Knowledge of Docker and containerized environments.
  • Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines.
