What you will do

• Act as primary technical contact for AMER game publishers, guiding on API integration, webhooks, SDK implementation, and best practices.
• Lead end-to-end integrations: configure Game Hubs, checkout flows, items, pricing, SKUs, stores, rewards, and analytics.
• Test integrations in sandbox and production, troubleshoot issues, document with reproduction steps.
• Maintain and improve technical documentation, create client-specific guides.
• Support go-live migrations, UI reviews, and optional features like Loyalty Program, LiveOps, attribution integrations.
• Collaborate with engineering and customer success teams on issues, feedback, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Based in North or South America (AMER)
• Fluent in English
• Technical background in software development, QA/testing, or technical support
• Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, HTTP protocols
• Understanding of idempotency, retries, reliable delivery patterns
• Experience with dashboards and developer tools

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B/B2B2C gaming industry integrations
• Familiarity with payment systems, in-app purchases, e-commerce
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, PostHog)
• Knowledge of mobile app ecosystems (App Store, Google Play)
• Understanding of frontend/backend architecture
