A petrochemical trading company based in the UAE is looking for a proactive HR Generalist to join the team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys a mix of operational HR and business partnering.

What you’ll be doing:
— Manage full-cycle HR administration (documentation, records, compliance)
— Handle payroll processes and ensure accuracy
— Support visa processing and liaise with government authorities
— Lead onboarding and employee adaptation
— Support internal mobility and employee rotation
— Act as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers
— Work on performance management, engagement, and retention
— Contribute to HR process improvements and policy development

What they’re looking for:
— 2–5 years of experience in HR (HR Generalist / HR Operations / HRBP)
— Strong knowledge of HR administration and payroll
— Experience with visa processes (GCC is a plus)
— Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
— Confident working with numbers (payroll, reporting)
— Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
— Proactive and hands-on mindset
— Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
