A petrochemical trading company based in the UAE is looking for a proactive HR Generalist to join the team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys a mix of operational HR and business partnering.
What youβll be doing:
β Manage full-cycle HR administration (documentation, records, compliance)
β Handle payroll processes and ensure accuracy
β Support visa processing and liaise with government authorities
β Lead onboarding and employee adaptation
β Support internal mobility and employee rotation
β Act as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers
β Work on performance management, engagement, and retention
β Contribute to HR process improvements and policy development
What theyβre looking for:
β 2β5 years of experience in HR (HR Generalist / HR Operations / HRBP)
β Strong knowledge of HR administration and payroll
β Experience with visa processes (GCC is a plus)
β Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
β Confident working with numbers (payroll, reporting)
β Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
β Proactive and hands-on mindset
β Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
