What you will do

• Design and execute end-to-end nurturing and promotional campaigns to attract top-tier talent.
• Develop employee advocacy programs to turn team members into brand ambassadors.
• Build and scale an internal referral engine to increase candidate flow and engagement.
• Analyze campaign data and funnels to optimize the impact of talent marketing on business growth.
• Organize and lead hiring events and grow strategic talent communities.

Requirements

• Experience in talent marketing, employer branding, or marketing communications.
• Strong copywriting skills and ability to design engaging campaigns.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English (Upper-Intermediate+).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Location: Hybrid work in Kyiv.
