What you will do

• Lead and manage consulting projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness
• Act as primary contact for senior client stakeholders
• Oversee project planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams
• Provide strategic insights, recommendations, and decision support
• Mentor and develop junior consultants and team members
• Support business development through proposals and client discussions
• Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field (Master’s or certifications advantageous)
• Minimum 6 years in consulting or professional services
• Experience managing complex projects and leading multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
