What you will do

• Serve as lead client partner for strategic government and NOC relationships across Saudi Arabia
• Build and execute account strategies to grow revenues with key public sector clients
• Cultivate long-term C-suite relationships with institutions like ARAMCO, MOE, MIMES, SABIC
• Lead origination, structuring, and commercial negotiation of major consulting engagements
• Lead the Saudi consulting team, mentor talent, and foster high-performing culture
• Contribute to global leadership teams and represent the firm in industry forums

Requirements

• 15–20+ years in consulting, strategy, or leadership in energy/natural resources; prior Middle East sales experience
• Deep familiarity with Saudi/Middle East, government procurement, public sector culture
• Cross-sector knowledge in hydrocarbons, power & renewables, mining
• Proven sales track record closing $500K–$1.5M deals with public sector clients
• Fluency in English essential
• Strong leadership, network across public-sector decision-makers
