What you will do

• Maintain and administer enterprise Splunk implementations for multiple clients.
• Design and implement distributed Splunk installations including all server roles (Search Head, Indexers, Heavy Forwarders, Universal Forwarders).
• Develop custom Splunk content such as scheduled searches, reports, dashboards.
• Perform data on-boarding with custom parsing rules and Technology Add-Ons compliant with Splunk CIM.
• Configure indexes, index routing, retention policies, and advanced features like Indexer and Search Head Clustering.

Requirements

• Splunk Consultant Certification
• Splunk ES Accreditation
• Experience designing and implementing distributed Splunk installations and advanced configurations.
• Proficiency in data on-boarding, custom content development, and Splunk administration.
• Work in Linux and Windows environments, including storage subsystems, SELinux, file permissions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to manage customer expectations.

Nice to have

• Experience with RBA.
• Backgrounds supporting federal customers.
