• Deliver seamless onboarding for new joiners
• Drive improvements in performance review cycles
• Structure and optimize People Management processes
• Coordinate L&D roadmap with measurable outcomes
• Partner with team leads on talent development and career growth
• Support Employer Branding and engagement activities

Requirements

• English level B2 or higher
• 1+ year of experience in HR or hands-on recruitment
• Strong desire to build HR processes from concept to execution
• Confidence with data, metrics, dashboards, and reporting
• Ownership mindset and structured, detail-oriented approach
• Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively
