What you will do

• Build creative hiring campaigns for critical roles that convert passive candidates into applicants
• Craft personalized and compelling candidate outreach messages
• Run social presence and external comms with authentic, human brand voice
• Write copy for referral programs, talent initiatives, and internal campaigns
• Represent the company at conferences, hiring events, and talent communities
• Share career stories, team wins, and behind-the-scenes content

Requirements

• Experience in talent marketing, employer branding, or degree in Marketing/Communications/Journalism with strong drive
• Strong copywriting skills for social posts and candidate outreach
• Fluent in Ukrainian and English (Upper-Intermediate+)
• Ability to spot trends in talent marketing and adapt quickly
• Experimental mindset: test ideas, launch fast, and measure campaign effectiveness
• Curiosity about culture, marketing, and communities to connect insights
