Junior Operations Analyst

Junior Operations Analyst (Payments): Conducting technical onboarding of new clients, supporting payment services, building and optimizing workflows, handling analytical requests, and setting up payment routing with an accent on collaboration with product, technical teams, and partner banks. Focus on detecting and resolving anomalies in the payment process.

Location: On-site in Kyiv or Lviv

What you will do

• Conduct technical onboarding of new clients into the hirify.global system
• Support processes related to payment services
• Build new workflows and optimize existing ones
• Handle analytical requests from clients
• Set up payment routing
• Collaborate with product, technical teams, and partner banks' technical support
• Detect and resolve anomalies in the payment process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Applied Mathematics, Systems Analysis, Software Engineering or related field (completed or in progress)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
• Knowledge of SQL and Python

Nice to have

• Practical experience with Postman
• Knowledge of Tableau
