What you will do

• Analyze sales results regarding Cross-sell/Up-sell and develop key metrics and reports.
• Provide actionable recommendations to optimize internal team processes.
• Interact directly with clients to address requests and provide detailed product information.
• Prepare professional presentations and documentation and organize business meetings.
• Provide operational support to the Account Management and Sales teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress).
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Strong analytical capabilities and communication skills.
• High level of responsibility and a results-driven mindset.
• Location: Must be based in Kyiv for on-site work.
