What you will do

• Manage a book of business to drive Pro Product success, retention, and return on investment.
• Analyze product adoption data and account trends to identify actionable insights and potential risks.
• Collaborate with Implementation and Account Management teams to optimize onboarding and product utilization.
• Drive customer experience through specialized support and extreme ownership of customer outcomes.
• Foster high-trust environments to encourage customer referrals and future product adoption.
• Engage in a feedback loop with the Product team to translate customer needs into product improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing multiple accounts or 1+ years as a GM/Ops Manager in the home services industry.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Proven ability to multi-task and use data-driven decision-making to prioritize projects.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a positive attitude toward ambiguity.
• Intermediate understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
• Must be based in Yerevan, Armenia and available for the 4 PM - 1 AM shift.
