Location: Remote (Global). This role cannot be performed in California or Colorado.

What you will do

• Develop core infrastructure for Arbitrum, the leading Ethereum scaling solution.
• Tackle complex distributed systems challenges and optimize system performance.

• Collaborate closely with research, product, and blockchain engineering teams.

Requirements

• Extensive production experience with concurrency-supporting languages such as Go, C++, or Rust.
• Strong sense of ownership and a drive to solve complex problems through rigorous experimentation.
• Commitment to maintaining a security-focused mindset to prevent vulnerabilities in code.
• Transparent and direct communication style for tight team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with WebAssembly for high-performance and secure production code.
