TL;DR

Sr Consulting Engineer (hirify.global/Databases): Designing and implementing customized hirify.global-powered data service solutions for enterprise customers with an accent on technical implementation and business value. Focus on developing server-side code, optimizing database performance, and collaborating with C-level stakeholders to ensure successful production deployments.

Location: Indonesia (Flexible: working from office or home)

What you will do

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for hirify.global and hirify.global Enterprise to help customers meet business requirements.
  • Provide hands-on technical implementation and end-to-end testing of solutions in customer environments.
  • Develop hirify.global-based projects using Java, MS.NET C#, Python, and Go.
  • Collaborate with customer technical teams, including architects, developers, and C-level experts, to ensure successful deployment.
  • Partner with the Sales organization to identify new business opportunities and develop account strategies.
  • Deliver professional product training and provide feedback to Product Management and R&D teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in post-sales consulting or database engineering for enterprise software.
  • Hands-on experience with client libraries, server-side development, RESTful APIs, and Linux.
  • Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Experience with scalable and highly available distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
