What you will do

• Craft high-quality features end-to-end, from rough ideas to polished code for millions of players.
• Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and engineers to ensure features feel right and function correctly.
• Work across various game areas to drive maximum impact.
• Write robust, scalable code suitable for a massive live-service game.
• Take initiative to improve shared tools, workflows, and the overall codebase.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience using C++.
• Proven track record of implementing and shipping major game features or full games.
• Ability to both build upon existing code and create new systems from scratch.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a system-level architectural mindset.
• Effective communication skills for working across different disciplines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high autonomy and ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience with live-service titles and real-time multiplayer games.
• Familiarity with Java and server-side development.
• Expertise in deep code optimization for performance.
