What you will do

• Support day-to-day production of features and live ops content for localization needs
• Incorporate internationalization into development practices for every release
• Align release timelines with feature producers and schedule localization workflows
• Collaborate with art producers and Marketing on localized visuals
• Drive localization efforts across multidisciplinary teams in development and live operations
• Manage external vendors, processes, expectations, and quality output
• Maintain terminology lists, handle translator queries, and update translation memory
• Identify risks, mitigate them, and escalate to partners

Requirements

• Experience as localization producer or project manager in mobile gaming or globally shipped products
• Experience working with JIRA
• Excellent understanding of game development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience planning, managing, and delivering projects
• Experience with multicultural, globally distributed teams
• Demonstrated best practices in LQA testing

Nice to have

• Passionate gamer
• Experience managing localization on large live ops titles across regions
• Solid understanding of Agile practices
• Fluent in a language other than English
