Senior Fullstack Developer (.NET)

Job Title: Senior .NET Full Stack Developer / Technical SME
Location: Belgrade, Serbia (Onsite / Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract
We are looking for a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer / Technical SME with strong expertise in modern Microsoft technologies. The candidate will act as a subject matter expert, leading complex technical initiatives, mentoring teams, and driving high-quality solution delivery with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities

Act as a technical subject matter expert across projects

Design, develop, and manage large-scale applications/systems

Lead technical discussions and influence architectural decisions

Mentor and guide junior team members

Ensure high-quality code, performance, and scalability

Solve complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Core Skills (Mandatory)

Strong experience in C# (.NET Framework 4.8 & .NET 8)

Hands-on with:

TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS/LESS

SQL Server & Oracle

Strong experience in full-stack web development
Nice to Have Skills

ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core MVC / Web Applications

API Development: REST APIs, Web APIs, WCF, GraphQL

Cloud & DevOps: Docker, Azure services integration

Dependency Injection: Unity, Autofac

UI Frameworks: Kendo UI, Knockout.js, jQuery

Messaging: Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka

Async Processing: multi-threading, async/await, caching

Testing: NUnit (unit/integration testing)

Observability: Application Insights, logging, telemetry

Security: OWASP, security scanning tools (CxOne)

Tools: Visual Studio, GitHub, TeamCity, Postman, PowerShell
Experience Required

Proven experience as a Senior Developer / Tech Lead / SME

Experience managing large-scale systems or projects

Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
