What you will do

• Oversee management accounting operations for Plant and R&D departments.
• Lead and develop the capabilities and effectiveness of the performance management and operations controlling team.
• Manage R&D and project controlling while acting as a business partner to senior management.
• Support the definition and implementation of corporate strategy and performance management.
• Coordinate planning, budgeting, forecasting, and closing activities.
• Analyze production, supply chain, and logistics operations to identify and implement optimization measures.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Japanese (including reading and writing Kanji) and English (speaking and writing)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in controlling within a manufacturing company.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in team management.
• Knowledge of automotive and supplier industry specifics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools, and ERP systems (SAP FI/CO knowledge preferred).
