What you will do

• Undertake business assurance assessments within authorized specialism in accordance with procedures.
• Lead multi-disciplinary and international assessment teams, coordinating findings and ensuring completion within timescales.
• Produce high-quality assessment reports compliant with accreditation and internal procedures.
• Discuss and promote additional services to clients while building strong relationships.
• Identify sales leads, pass client feedback, and lead improvement projects.
• Maintain professional competence, supervise new assessors, coach and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Fluent in Japanese and business level English
• IATF 16949 Automotive auditor qualifications
• Thorough understanding of management systems and their application via business assurance
• Substantial experience in third-party auditing including system and process level
• Degree or equivalent in relevant subject
• Competent in Microsoft Office suite
