What you will do

• Lead full-stack development initiatives using .NET for backend and React for frontend.
• Design, deploy, and manage cloud solutions on Azure, including Logic Apps, Functions, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate on product strategy, roadmap development, and delivery priorities.
• Drive project management tasks, including sprint planning, standups, and stakeholder communication.
• Mentor the team and provide operational support in a high-impact startup environment.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack development experience in .NET and React.
• Deep expertise in Azure (DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud architecture).
• Proven experience in project management, business analysis, or product management.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments with shifting priorities.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Sydney, Australia.
