What you will do

• Conduct retail food safety audits in accordance with legal and client requirements and country codes.
• Plan and manage assigned work within agreed timescales and provide monthly availability.
• Complete and submit detailed audit reports immediately on the day of the audit.
• Maintain Continuous Personal Development (CPD) and undergo training as client requirements evolve.
• Coordinate with Line Managers and Lead Auditors regarding client requests during audits.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Northern Ireland.
• Relevant 3rd Level Qualification (NFQ levels 6 to 10) in sciences, food technology, or environmental health.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail auditing.
• High level of IT skills and the ability to provide your own laptop or tablet.
