What you will do

• Define technical quality standards and oversee the development of art pipelines.
• Develop artistic techniques and processes to define and achieve the product's visual style.
• Create tools and processes for authoring environment art, VFX, destruction simulations, animation, and lighting.
• Maintain technical documentation and perform technical evaluations of new incoming projects.
• Collaborate with other tech artists and engineers to implement pipeline optimizations and benchmarks.
• Assist in game profiling and generate reports to keep assets within budget.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with game engines such as UE5 or Unity3D.
• Proficiency in content creation tools including Photoshop, Maya, Max, Houdini, and Substance Designer.
• Ability to independently tackle technical tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with both engineers and artists.
• Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks into workable daily and weekly pieces.
