What you will do

• Develop and manage detailed operational plans to ensure timely production and delivery of products.
• Collaborate with Program, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to optimize resource utilization and integrate schedules.
• Oversee demand forecasting for materials, labor, and production resources.
• Manage ERP systems (SAP APO/IBP) to maintain accurate real-time data for demand fulfillment.
• Identify operational risks and implement contingency plans to prevent supply chain disruptions.
• Promote lean manufacturing practices and cost-reduction initiatives across workflows.

Requirements

• 20–25 years of experience in operations planning and scheduling across multiple projects.
• Hands-on experience with MRP systems and SAP (preferably SAP APO/IBP).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

• 15+ years of industry and regional experience in operations planning within the defense sector.
• Deep expertise in Demand and Operations Planning within a manufacturing environment.
