Location: Hybrid (Warsaw, Poland) — 3 days from the office, 2 days from home.

What you will do

• Create intuitive user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to communicate ideas and validate solutions.
• Design beautiful and cohesive user interfaces aligned with the established design language.
• Develop, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Collaborate with managers, product owners, and developers to define user experience strategies.
• Prepare final design files for development and oversee implementation to ensure quality execution.
• Provide mentorship, design feedback, and guidance to junior team members.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio demonstrating impactful UI/UX work.
• Deep expertise in Figma for design, prototyping, and design system management.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• English: Advanced level required.
• Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid work model).
• Bachelor’s degree in graphics or a design-related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in the iGaming industry.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Experience with Motion Design in After Effects, Spine, or Rive.
